  4. Celebrate small wins. When a pilot saves hours or improves quality, highlight it publicly.

Change Management Is the Real Work

Most failed AI projects don’t collapse because of bad software — they collapse because of bad communication. People support what they help create. Invite staff input early, pilot visibly, and make early adopters your storytellers.

When culture aligns with technology, adoption accelerates organically.
