If you want to be great and have a great company, or team, or division or whatever, then I recommend you consider the following, what I call the A.I.M. to Lead System™. Aim high. Aim for greatness.
Leadership requires being present. Presence is a state of being. If you're distracted or worried or concerned how you might look to your board or to your colleagues or to those whom you lead, you are not present.
Set the stage for joy & prosperity in the New Year.

Great Leadership
I've built my business on one overarching belief. A belief that you and I are responsible for leaving the world, yours and mine, a little bit better off than before.
You have the ability to be the best leader you can be. And along with that ability, comes a responsibility for your good health, for those whom you lead, for your families, and for your communities.
And because I believe now is the time to double-down on inspiring great leadership, I am offering a free webinar for leaders like you called, “Leadership Mastery in Uncertain Times – Be The Leader They Want to Follow”.
High achieving leaders know that having a clear vision of what the future looks like is critical to achieving success. And on a personal level, success requires that you create a vision for the life you really want, and then practice relentless persistence never to give up.
"Your energy, enjoyment, drive and dedication will stimulate
and greatly inspire others." - John Wooden
Success-driven achievers know that excess emotional baggage, clutter and incompletes can rob you of your energy. Things left undone or incomplete like unresolved relationships or projects take away from your mind-share.
RBG On leadership -
Speaking to women at a luncheon at Harvard University in 2015 Justice Ginsburg was asked what advice she would give young women today. RBG responded, “Fight for the things that you care about, but do it in a way that will lead others to join you."
The Law of Slight Edge is this: What one thing can you learn OR what thing can you increase by just 1% each day that will propel you forward exponentially to achieve your goals? I call these your Breakthrough Goals, the goals that quantum leap your success.
Crisis = Opportunity
Whether you know it or not because of COVID19, right now is the opening up of a potentially massive boom time of new opportunities over the course of the next 10 years. History mimics itself and we can look to the past to know that new opportunities emerge from nearly every crisis.
First let me say that we need to keep things in perspective. For leaders, this is a time where you are being tested. How you respond and react matters. This is a time for sound leadership. This much I know, the spread of this virus and its effects are temporary. In time it will not pose a significant threat.
In today's episode I have interviewed John Fenton, the second king of the season. We had an amazing conversation about the power of the mind and how mind, body and spirit are so connected and can help us move forward and make the right decision. At the long age of 12 he made a conscious decision to become one of the best which completely shifted his mindset. That decision led him to be a great athlete.
Imagine your heart stops. Your body's electrical system shuts down, and for a moment in time, your world stops. What would you have done differently? Who and what do you appreciate? How would you have managed your time differently?
We cannot control the results as much as we try. Many times things happen that are outside of our control. It seems this happens more and more as our world is increasingly more complex and fluid. It's like trying to hit a moving target, illusive and vague and out of focus.
Life is full of opportunities. Some seized, others missed.
CEOs are forever seeking a competitive edge in order to achieve results and reach their goals or earnings targets. You're a leader. Results matter. According to Patrick M. Lencioni, author of several books, including "The Five Temptations of a CEO", "The most important principle that an executive must embrace is a desire to produce results".
