Crisis = Opportunity

Whether you know it or not because of COVID19, right now is the opening up of a potentially massive boom time of new opportunities over the course of the next 10 years. History mimics itself and we can look to the past to know that new opportunities emerge from nearly every crisis.

In today's episode I have interviewed John Fenton, the second king of the season. We had an amazing conversation about the power of the mind and how mind, body and spirit are so connected and can help us move forward and make the right decision. At the long age of 12 he made a conscious decision to become one of the best which completely shifted his mindset. That decision led him to be a great athlete.

Imagine your heart stops. Your body's electrical system shuts down, and for a moment in time, your world stops. What would you have done differently? Who and what do you appreciate? How would you have managed your time differently?

We cannot control the results as much as we try.  Many times things happen that are outside of our control.  It seems this happens more and more as our world is increasingly more complex and fluid.  It's like trying to hit a moving target, illusive and vague and out of focus.

Life is full of opportunities.  Some seized, others missed.
