I’m looking for a program or tool that will help me focus. Is there an app that you recommend?
John: The best app at your disposal and that costs you nothing is already available to you. It’s your body. A big part of self-mastery is being able to focus and be in the present moment. Your body is constantly communicating with your brain, sending messages from stimuli as simple as touch, taste, smell, sound, etc. To focus your mind, you simply need to focus on your body. Focus on the sensations that you feel in your body. An easy way to do this is to focus on your breath and let your thoughts fade into the background.
